The participants should strictly follow the instructions of Trainer/s during the Power Camp to get the best out of it. By attending AALPS Power Camp, you can get the following benefits:

2. We will be learning the basic discipline (the necessery element of every success) from the champion athletes.
AALPS Power Camp is intended to teach basic athletic training skills along with stress relieving techniques so that an individual can be more focused and be more productive in the workplace and personal life. Power Camp curriculum is designed on basic disciplines, wellness training and injury prevention techniques as they relate to athletics. AALPS Power Camp includes presentations, group discussions and interactive sessions on and off the field, as appropriate. Additionally, participant shall have the opportunity to practice and rectify on-field skills under direct supervision of Trainer!
The goals for this Power Camp are to give insight into the field of athletic training and to assist with basic skills that will allow incumbents to gain more experience about the health, wellbeing and athletics. AALPS Power camps are suitable for both professional & amateur athletes facilitated by AALPS Athlete Leaders.
