The aim of AALPS is to turn athletes into community Leaders – by allowing them to transfer their skills to general people for better physical and mental well-being of the society at large.
Leadership is considered as a behavioral process that influences AALPS athletes towards achieving organizational goals. It is a unique skill that athletes can use throughout their entire life, including perseverance, teamwork and accountability.
AALPS is a level playing field, where no matter athlete's socio-economic, cultural, educational or professional background, athletes and health enthusiasts can work together towards a common goal of the organization.
AALPS has developed The Power Camp - a physical and mental transformation programme where our Athlete Leaders engage with individuals and teams to bring them out of comfort zone and simulate some result oriented changes in lifestyle, physical, psychological and professional career.
The curriculum is designed on basic disciplines, wellness training, basic athletic training skills, stress relief and injury prevention techniques. Hence, an individual can be more focused, explore the positive energies, unleash the power from within and be more productive in workplace and personal life. Power Camp is suitable for professional, amateur athletes and health enthusiasts.
The athlete based leadership model Athletic Leadership Certification Programme (ALCP) enables athletes to demonstrate leadership through training the community and achieve four core values of AALPS:
Over the years, AALPS has created many athlete leaders through its endurance training programmes, power camps, ALCP and accomplished unimaginable things, numerous local and international podiums in the course of journey.
AALPS aims to create a system where million athlete leaders work together - in a mission to set a global case of ‘Leadership Through Sports’.
