Of course, you don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from AALPS. Our ALCP(Athlete Leaders Certification Programme) certified trainer can help any individual achieve their health and fitness goals via personal training, nutrition and diet education, and fitness consultation via online/offline.

Our athlete trainers are picked up among the top qualifiers from the ALCP pool which is developed with the experience of 400+ on-ground AALPS Endurance Training (covered 1200+ hours). The ALCP module has come in a frame of five years of trial and error research. The module is underway for the accreditation. We are in the process of signing MOA with international NGOs’ to support exchange trainers beyond borders.
